- Basecamp Office – Located in the main plaza. Hours: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m..
- Mountain Services Office – Located on the main level in the Snowcrest building. Hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..
- Lift Ticket windows – Located outside of the main level of the Snowcrest building. Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Madison Village
- Madison Village Mountain Sports and Services – Located in the Madison Village base area. Hours: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Groceries
Roxy's is the largest full-service grocery store operating in Big Sky with a wide range of deli items, produce, dry goods and much more. Roxy's also has the largest selection of over-the-counter medicines, kitchen supplies and general houseware items. Now offering online ordering, just place your order 48 hours in advance, and for a small fee your groceries will be waiting for you to pick up!
