Ascend Big Sky Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy Overview:
60-Day Cancellation Policy:
- Guests are entitled to a complete refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.
- No refund for cancellations made fifty-nine (59) days or less of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund of payments made, less a 5% Cancellation Fee.
- A written notice is mandatory for cancellation.
- Cleaning fees will be refunded 100% for all cancellations regardless of the cancellation date.
- If re-rented by another party, the rebooked dates will be refunded at the rebooking rate, with a maximum refund limited of the original amount paid.
- Property changes or changes in the length of stay within 59 days of arrival do not result in any rent refund.
- No refund will be provided for early departure.
Payment Terms:
- An advance payment of 50% of the rent specified in the invoice is requisite for a deposit to secure the reservation.
- The balance of rent is due at least sixty (60) days before the designated arrival date on the invoice.
- If the final balance is unpaid 60 days before arrival, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance due.
Relocation of Reservation:
- In rare situations necessitating reservation relocation, Ascend Properties reserves the right to transfer guests to a property of equal or greater value or cancel the reservation and provide a full refund.
Liability and Damages:
- Ascend Properties bears no liability for incidental or consequential matters due to property unavailability.
- Ascend Properties reserves the right to provide a full refund due to property unavailability.
Travel Insurance:
- Ascend Properties highly recommends guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance for their trip. This coverage can protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, transportation interruptions, and medical emergencies.
- While Ascend Properties does not directly provide or sell travel insurance, guests are encouraged to select a suitable policy that aligns with their needs. By acknowledging this recommendation, guests understand the importance of being prepared for unexpected situations and recognize that Ascend Properties does not assume responsibility for any financial losses during their trip.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Guests acknowledge the potential for illness, including COVID-19, as well as disruptions due to travel plans, and natural disasters, despite precautions for a safe environment. Guests agree not to make any claims against Ascend Properties, the property owner, manager, or agents for exposures related to illness or disruptions during travel or stay.
- Guests waive, indemnify, and hold harmless any claims arising from this agreement and related actions.
