Adam & Hannah Farr, Owner/Operators
 
Adam is the founder and managing partner of Ascend Properties, with 18 years of direct industry experience, including 11 years of management and director-level leadership at the exclusive Yellowstone Club. During his tenure at Yellowstone Club, Adam oversaw enormous growth, with the number of luxury homes under management exceeding 325. As both the Operations Manager and Director of Residential Services, he gained invaluable knowledge overseeing the entire Property Management, Rental Home Program, and Housekeeping departments. Leaving Yellowstone Club after 11 years to realize his dream of founding his own company, Adam brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to Ascend Properties, with the mission of being the premier rental home and property management company in Big Sky. When not working tirelessly at Ascend Properties, Adam enjoys raising his family in Big Sky with his wife and business partner Hannah, along with the endless outdoor adventures Southwest Montana has to offer.

Ryan Bailey, Director of Property Management

Ryan brings over a decade of experience in property and hospitality management, where he has successfully overseen hundreds of properties throughout Big Sky. Since 2015, with the management of a local lodge, he quickly became known for his dedication to guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Ryan later played a key role in launching a local hotel, further establishing himself as a trusted leader in the community.

In the early days of Ascend, Ryan joined the team with a vision to create a management and maintenance program that was both detailed and reliable. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality have been essential to the company's growth and success.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid traveler with a deep appreciation for history and cultures, always eager to learn something from his journeys. He’s also been playing the guitar for over 20 years, finding joy in both the discipline and creativity it brings.

Thomas Roberts, Director of Sales and Marketing

Thomas joined the Ascend Team in the Spring of 2023, bringing with him five years of customer service expertise gained from his time in the New York City area. His background in one of the world’s most demanding markets has equipped him with a keen understanding of delivering exceptional service.

A native of the Gallatin Valley, Thomas blends local Montana charm with modern hospitality standards, ensuring that each guest enjoys a top-notch experience.

Outside of his professional role, Thomas is passionate about the outdoors, being a rock climber, camping enthusiast, and skateboarder, and is an accomplished musician. He plays drums with local bands such as Steven Stephen and the Dylan Thomas Band, reflecting his deep connection to the local community.
